| | | Stuart Angus
Position: Director
R. Stuart (Tookie) Angus is presently a Corporate Consultant. Prior thereto, he was a Managing Director - Mergers & Acquisitions for Endeavour Financial and was responsible for merger and acquisition mandates. Prior to joining Endeavour Financial, he was a partner at the Canadian law firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and headed that firm's Global Mining Group. For over 25 years, Tookie has focused on significant international exploration, development and mining ventures, and all aspects of their structuring and finance.

| | | Odin Christensen
Position: Director
Dr. Christensen has over 30 years of experience in the metals exploration and mining industry with assignments in 26 countries including the western United States and specifically, Nevada. Dr. Christensen spent the majority of his career with Newmont Mining Corporation where he previously held the position of Chief Geologist. Dr. Christensen headed exploration efforts throughout the Great Basin while based in Elko, Carlin and Reno, Nevada. Dr. Christensen holds a PhD in Geology, is an AIPG Certified Professional Geologist and a Qualified Person for NI 43-101 evaluations.

| | | Ronald Mathison
Position: Director
Ron Mathison is President and CEO of Matco Investments, a private company specializing in the restructuring of financially troubled companies as well as providing capital and management expertise to such companies in both private and public settings. Until October 2000 , Mr. Mathison was a director of Peters & Co. Limited, an investment firm specializing in the oil and gas industry and prior to 1999 was also a principal of Peters & Co corporate finance department. Prior thereto, Mr. Mathison and two other individuals formed the nucleus of Peters & Co Capital, a private merchant banking entity that is widely associated with numerous successful restructurings of oil and gas and oil & gas service companies. Mr. Mathison holds the designations of Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, Chartered Financial Analyst and also received his B.Comm. (Honours) from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Mathison is the sole shareholder of Matco Investments, which controls Matco Capital, CMQ's largest shareholder. Mr. Mathison is Chairman and a founder of Calfrac Well Services Ltd. TSX-CFW.

Position: Director
Mr. McKenzie has been President of RSM Investments Ltd since 1989 and a Partner with Northridge Canada Inc. since 1990 each being private investments companies. Mr. McKenzie was the CEO of E-Zone Networks Inc. from 2000-2001 and was a founder and Executive Vice President of MetroNet Communications Corp from 1996-1999. Mr. McKenzie holds the designation of Chartered Accountant.

Position: Director
John A, Torode began selling residential real estate in 1972. After 18 months, he started TRL Realty Inc. which amalgamated with Torode Capital Inc. on December 11, 1997 to form TRL. TRL listed on the TSX Venture Exchange on January 22, 1998 and was subsequently taken over by CMQ Resources Inc. in December, 2003. TRL and CMQ amalgamated in January 2004 and the name was changed to CMQ Resources Inc..

Position: CEO
Martin Lambert has been with the Bennett Jones Law firm since 1979 and served as Chief Executive Officer of that firm from May 1996 to January 2000. His practice has focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance in connection therewith. He is widely recognized as one of Canada's leading merger and acquisitions lawyers. Mr. Lambert's personal family holding company is a shareholder of Matco Capital Ltd., CMQ's largest shareholder. Mr. Lambert is a director of a number of public and private companies in Canada and the USA.

Position: Vice President Exploration - Nevada
John Hogg has over 35 years experience in mineral exploration, including 30 years in Nevada. Over 4 million ounces of gold were discovered at W. Leeville, Four Corners and Hardie Footwall during his tenure as VP Exploration for High Desert Mineral Resources of Nevada Inc.. Mr. Hogg also found the first proven diamondiferous kimberlites identified in Australia. He is a Chartered Geologist and European Geologist and a Qualified Person for NI 43-101 evaluations.

Position: Chief Financial Officer
David M. McGoey has been a Chartered Accountant for over 20 years, a Certified Public Accountant for 5 years and has over 20 years of public accounting experience. Mr. McGoey is a director of Destiny Resources Services Corp., TSX-DSC, WIN Energy Corp., TSXV-WNR and is Chief Financial Officer of Swan Hill Energy LP, a TSXVE entity.
